Michelle Haines is from Calgary Alberta, where the beautiful prairies meet the majestic Rocky Mountains. Her journey into sound healing began during a transformative retreat in Lake Louise. The profound effects of the vibrations and calming sounds ignited a spark within me to explore this ancient healing modality deeper. She believes the bowls found her. She was captivated by the ability of sound to heal the mind, body and soul, and became determined to master this art form.

Through her explorations, I was introduced to a community of like-minded individuals who shared my passion for sound healing and holistic well-being. This community provided me with the support, resources and knowledge needed to fully immerse myself in this transformative field.

Her dedication to sound healing and meditation is infused with a heartfelt desire to create a safe and nurturing space for her sound baths. Her ability to hold space, combined with a profound knowledge of sound healing, allows her to guide participants towards holistic healing, growth and transformation.

She uses a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and chimes, to create a symphony of soothing and healing sounds. Her Sound Healing and Meditation sessions provide a sanctuary for individuals to disconnect from the chaos of their everyday lives and reconnect with their inner selves.
