Georgia Gotfried
Georgia Gotfried will be teaching our Sunday night Yin classes. Georgia has been practicing yoga for 5+ years and is dedicated to creating a safe and relaxing environment for new and experienced yogis. Yin yoga is typically practiced by holding reclined or seated postures for periods of 3-10 minutes. This style of yoga is perfect for you if you like to indulge in slow, meditative and passive postures. Georgia offers a variety of modifications to ensure you feel comfortable at all times.

Russ is an intuitive and energy healer, often working in tandem with his partner, Lisa Wong. Russ and Lisa offer small group guided meditation and light language transmissions on the third Tuesday of each month.
