With over 25 years of experience working with women’s health, Victoria blends holistic nutrition, somatic practices, EFT tapping, and grounded lifestyle strategies to support women through the emotional and physical transitions of midlife. She’s known for her warm, real-life, “no fluff” approach that makes women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
