Michelle Haines is a Calgary-based sound healing practitioner whose journey began during a transformative retreat in Lake Louise. Deeply moved by the healing power of vibration and sound, she was drawn to explore the ancient practice of sound healing and believes the bowls found her as much as she found them.
Passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces for healing and self-discovery, Michelle guides sound baths and meditation sessions designed to help participants reconnect with themselves and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit. Using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, she creates immersive experiences that promote relaxation, reflection, and transformation.

Tracy moved to Calgary in 1997 to pursue a career in aviation and soon discovered a second passion through yoga. After beginning her practice at local studios and continuing at home, yoga quickly became a transformative and grounding force in her life.
Tracy began her teacher training in 2002 and earned her Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Teaching Certification in 2015. Rooted in the teachings of B. K. S. Iyengar, her approach emphasizes precision, alignment, strength, flexibility, and self-awareness, while using props to support each individual body and experience level. She continues to deepen her studies and plans to assess for her Level 2 certification in 2025.
Tracy creates classes that are both supportive and engaging, blending thoughtful instruction with humor and warmth. As a mother of twin boys, she understands the importance of finding balance and grounding in everyday life, and she brings that same authenticity into her teaching.
Through focused practice and breath awareness, Tracy helps students cultivate greater stability, improved posture, physical resilience, and a calmer, more connected state of mind.

Mellisa found yoga and meditation during a deeply challenging period in early motherhood, when she was navigating postpartum depression. An invitation to a yoga class became a turning point, offering her a renewed sense of peace, connection, and hope, and sparking the beginning of her healing journey.
Inspired by this experience, she dedicated herself to studying the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga and Meditation. Her training includes a 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher certification, studies in Ayurveda, Reiki, meditation teacher training, somatic trauma therapy, Vipassana meditation, and advanced myofascial yoga training through the Myofascial Yoga Institute of Canada.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Mellisa integrates yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation into her work. Her classes are gentle, trauma-informed, and supportive, emphasizing movement as a tool for healing, balance, and reconnection with the body.
She creates a compassionate and inclusive space where students can explore functional movement, breathwork, myofascial release, and somatic mindfulness. Her approach is especially supportive for those recovering from injury, illness, or trauma, as well as anyone seeking a more grounded and embodied relationship with their body.

Block Therapy is a practice designed to release fascia restrictions, restore balance, and improve circulation. It uses a wooden tool called the Block Buddy. By lying on the block in specific positions with focused breathing, body weight, and gravity, heat is generated that softens adhesions and restores flow.
