Shawna offers Block Therapy on Sunday Mornings, Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Block Therapy is a practice designed to release fascia restrictions, restore balance, and improve circulation. It uses a wooden tool called the Block Buddy. By lying on the block in specific positions with focused breathing, body weight, and gravity, heat is generated that softens adhesions and restores flow.
