Join us every Sunday evening for a quiet, meditative Yin practice designed to release deep-seated tension and soothe the nervous system. This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe into the spaces between, and prepare your heart and mind for the week ahead.

A Sacred Sanctuary for Cellular Restoration

We are honored to hold this practice within the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem). As you hold your Yin postures, you are bathed in a field of scalar waves and bio-photonic light, allowing your body to repair while you rest. This synergy is designed to:
