The Movement Room: Into the Body
A Guided Movement, Meditation & Journaling Experience

A space somewhere between meditation, intuitive movement, and a dance floor for the nervous system.

The Movement Room is a guided, intuitive movement and meditation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and transition into the energy of spring.

Through meditation, music, intuitive movement, dance and journaling, this experience invites you to step out of the mind and back into the body.

You will be guided through grounding meditation, expressive movement, and reflective writing. We will set our intentions for the season ahead into seeds as a symbol of what we wish to cultivate in the season ahead.

No dance or meditation experience is required. All movement is invitational. Come as you are. Everyone is welcome.

About the presenter:

Alexandra Tanase is a trauma-informed meditation guide and somatic integrationist who creates spaces that help people reconnect with their bodies through meditation, intuitive movement, music, dance, and journaling.

She has completed over 300 hours of meditation teacher training along with additional training in somatic practices, trauma-informed facilitation, and nervous system regulation. Alexandra has facilitated meditation and movement experiences internationally, including leading meditation sessions and dance workshops in Thailand.

Her workshops are designed to be welcoming, choice-based spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and experience deeper embodied presence.

Her passion for travel, music, dance, and festivals shapes the experiences she creates, where movement, sound, and presence come together as a pathway back to the body.
