Yin Yoga with Georgia

Meet our newest member of the team, Georgia Gotfried! She will be teaching our Sunday night Yin classes. Georgia has been practicing yoga for 5+ years and is dedicated to creating a safe and relaxing environment for new and experienced yogis. Yin yoga is typically practiced by holding reclined or seated postures for periods of 3-10 minutes. This style of yoga is perfect for you if you like to indulge in slow, meditative and passive postures. Georgia offers a variety of modifications to ensure you feel comfortable at all times.
